Biography
Courtney believes no two people arrive at financial decisions from the same place, and she values understanding clients’ experiences, priorities, and goals before helping them build a plan that truly fits.
Courtney is especially drawn to working with young families and business owners, with a particular focus on women navigating the financial complexities that come with building and leading a business. She takes pride in helping clients establish strong foundations early, while also guiding more complex situations with clarity and care. Her approach emphasizes education, thoughtful planning, and ensuring clients understand not just what they’re doing, but why it matters.
Integrity guides how Courtney shows up professionally. She is committed to doing what’s right for her clients, communicating honestly, and creating an environment where clients feel comfortable asking questions and making informed decisions.
Outside of work, Courtney is a travel softball coach with the Delaware Magic, where she enjoys mentoring young athletes through discipline, teamwork, and accountability. She also played collegiate softball, an experience that reinforced the preparation, competitiveness, and follow-through she brings to her work today. Courtney enjoys spending time at the beach, exploring new places, attending church, and hunting.
